HOME-BASED

After completing a referral and intake consultation, if a home-based appointment is the preferred option we will confirm a time/date for your initial appointment and will travel to you or the person you care for to complete the initial appointment. Travel time may be included in billing, this will be discussed prior to completing initial assessment.
